Eating Disorder and Disordered Eating 101
These eating disorder book recommendations are a great starting place to lay the foundation for recovery. They address behaviors, underlying issues, nutrition, and personal recovery stories. I try to include books that represent behaviors across the spectrum and books that do not promote weightloss. If you have read a helpful book recently related to recovery, please send me a note! I love discovering new reads.
*Also, please note that I am fully aware of how white the ED book world is. I am constantly looking to diversify my recommendations, both for personal reasons and for my clients.
